If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply send us a photo of your product, including the batch number, so we can work on improving our offerings.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at admin@paperlip.com.au.
